Preface by Hans Blix ; On 1 June the WMDC Chairman Dr. Hans Blix presented the Commission’s final report ‘Weapons of Terror’ to the United Nations Secretary-General Kofi Annan in New York. The report contains sixty concrete proposals on how the world could be freed of nuclear, biological and chemical weapons.The report was also handed over to Sweden's Foreign Minister Jan Eliasson, also president of the United Nations General Assembly.
