The BWC National Implementation Database, NID was created by the Implementation Support Unit, ISU to assist States Parties in their efforts to consider national and regional implementation of the BWC - the topics of the 2007 meetings of the BWC. The NID evolved from the Information Repository put together for the 2003 meetings of the BWC (on national implementation as well as biosecurity).
