The report was formally launched on Dec 12-13 at the 2017 Planetary Security Conference in the Hague, supported by the Netherlands Ministry of Foreign Affairs; The Netherlands Ministry of Foreign Affairs launched the Planetary Security Initiative (PSI) in 2015. In the Spring of 2016 Clingendael was selected to implement the continuation of the PSI together with a consortium of leading think tanks working on this topic; E-bok UR - https://www.sipri.org/publications/2017/other-publications/action-climate-and-security-risks UR - https://www.clingendael.org/pub/2017/action-on-climate-and-security-risks/ ER -
