It also contains recommendations on certain essential issues discussed at the conference  and  the  Joint  Statement  of  the  Luxembourg  Forum  and  the  NTI.  As  it  was  agreed  at  the  meeting  this  Statement was subsequently forwarded to the Presidents of Russia and the USA.
