In commemoration of the 60th anniversary of the victory of war against Japanese agression and World War II.
At the end of World War II, 982 Japanese war criminals were extradited to China from the former Soviet Union. They were sent to the Northeast War Criminals Administration Office in the suburbs of Fushun City, Liaoning Province. Humanity was eventually restored to these war criminals, but it was a difficult process.
